Robert Kaminski leads the firm's policy research for the telecom, media, and tech sectors. 

Areas of focus include wireline and wireless telecom, cable, communications equipment and infrastructure, television broadcasting, social media and Internet platforms, semiconductors, and special situations in the tech sector. 

He follows regulatory dockets at the Federal Communications Commission, legislative developments in Congress, litigation from the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Commerce, grant awards from the Commerce Department, and issues at other federal agencies affecting TMT. 

Kaminski holds both a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Science with University Honors from Carnegie Mellon University.
