Ian Katz was quoted in Barney Jopson's Financial Times article, entitled "Powerful Fed governor Dan Tarullo to step down".
Jopson writes:
Mr Tarullo "was the most consequential figure in financial regulation in the Dodd-Frank era, and we can't even think of who would be in second place", wrote Ian Katz, director at Capital Alpha Partners in Washington, in a note to clients.
