"Trump's FY-18 budget numbers leaked" by Tony Bertuca

Byron Callan was quoted in Tony Bertuca's Inside Defense article, entitled "Trump's FY-18 budget numbers leaked."

Bertuca writes:

Byron Callan, a defense analyst with Capital Alpha Partners, wrote in a note to clients the defense portion of the spreadsheet appears to reflect the FY-18 "skinny budget" the administration announced in early March. Callan notes the total request appears to "comport to a base budget request of $575 billion in the base budget and $65 billion in [Overseas Contingency Operations]."
