Personnel Update
This morning, President-elect Donald J. Trump and Vice President-elect Mike Pence announced that Loren Smith, an industrials analyst at Capital Alpha Partners, LLC and a former Department of Labor (DOL) official, will be a member of their agency landing team for the DOL.
This team is staffed by non-government personnel who help ensure a smooth transition between the Obama and Trump administrations.
Accordingly, Smith is taking a leave of absence from his day-to-day responsibilities at Capital Alpha and suspending his industrials and labor coverage.
